Tracking down a suspected purse-snatcher led police to stolen GPS devices Tuesday in Chesterfield Township. 

Andrew Oland, 21 of Chesterfield, was arraigned Wednesday in 42-2 District Court in New Baltimore on charges of larceny from person, a 10-year felony, and possession of a stolen credit card, a four-year felony, according to Detective Sgt. Deron Myers. Read more here.
