Cops giving New York City pharmacies OxyContin bottles equipped with GPS tracking devices as "bait" to track thieves

OxyContin "bait bottles" equipped with GPS tracking devices are being sent to city pharmacies to help police track the thieves who steal them, Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says.

The announcement is expected to be made by Kelly Tuesday afternoon at a California conference sponsored by former President Bill Clinton. Read more here.
