Download Stall Issues

I have a track I'm trying to download from the Datalogger using Globalsync 2.0. When I initiate the download, the progress bar increments 19 times, then stalls. I've tried restarting the logger, relaunching Globalsync and restarting the computer. Using the BT-335/Globalsync 2.0/OS 10.5.8 on a Macbook Pro 2.4 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB RAM.
