Hi I would like to know how to connect 10 pin Em 318 01 I/O Molex connector to RS 232 DB9 Female connector

serial on this module is not RS-232, it's TTL level, you will need a max232 to convert the level... hope it help. that module is better to intervace the module to MCU or other electronics...
