I have been away from the forum for a while, just want to tell you guys why. Last week I pulled/sprained my hamstring running a tough speedworkout. It's an old injury that has spoiled my last couple of years that came back again. Last year I did a lot of rehabilitation and for the last 6 months I have been in great shape, but now it all falls apart again, it's very depressing. At first I thought about giving up and stop running for good, but after a couple of days I decided to let it heal and then start the long way back! I hope to be back jogging in 4-6 weeks and then do a lot of rehab and slowly increase total distance and running speed, hopefully I'll be back to 100% next year.
As a tester of the GH-505 I will try to test it as much as possible using my runnerfriends as testers and also use my bike and walking.
