GlobalSync App on Mac OS X

I had the BT-335 working quite nicely using your GlobalSync app for Mac OS X v10.5.8 I upgraded to v10.6.2 and now I cannot download the data off the device.

I tried an another Mac running v.10.5.8 and I still cannot download the data off the device.

Could I get some help on getting this working again?
