In the description of the firmware XII in the download area of the Globalsat homepage linked above it says:

"4.  Fix cumulative lap distance error"

I hope this doesn't mean the you will no longer work on the cumulative lap error? In my opinion the error is not fixed, the error is not as big as it was in previous firmwares, but it is not fixed and it needs more work to remove the error or at least minimize it!

Sorry let you confuse. I just put firmware XII on website and it fixed cumulative error from last version. But I think it is not perfect.

For sure we are still keeping improving our product. The new alogrithm seems to be much better than current version. I will check our engineering team to try to push to public.

• Where can the shop get his warranty?
• Where can he send the broken stuff to?
• Where can he order from?
• How long after a request for a product they have to wit for arrival?

I have also been thinking about introducing globalsat watches (GH-625 & GH-505) to some local runners/triatlete/bike-shops for the same reasons as Albert! So I would also be interested in the answers to the questions!

Another question is how much the shop would pay for the watches in different quantities?

Where can the shop get his warranty?

Orginally, Globalsat will offer the warranty to dealer, it depends on contract.

Where can he send the broken stuff to?

It depends on contract. Germany has one station or dealer can collect deffectives back to Globalsat for repairment.

Where can he order from?

Just contact to Globalsat.

How long after a request for a product they have to wit for arrival?

Depend on lead time. Offically, it is around 6 weeks includes production.
