My suggestion is to make a new thread/post that links to both firmwares and explain that the newer has more features but less langues and then mark that threat sticky instead of this one.

Thanks for the quick reply. My friends (hashing group) are so impressed with my 625 that I now have to help purchase 5 units for them. Will it already have the latest firmware installed? It is being freighted from Hong Kong today.

Hi all, I'm having one problem with my GH-625M when I Plug it to the computer the message in the watch that ask me if I want to conect to the computer does not assume the comand when I select the "yes" button. And the message keeps in the watch, sometimes I have to repeat this thing 3 or 4 times untill it assumes the comand and conect to the computer.

Hello Nuno,

maybe a problem with the contact of the button? Have you tested if the watch reacts in other situations on pressing the OK-button?
You can test the button by entering the TEST-MODE -> Switch the watch on by pressing UP + DWN + PWR, select Test-Menu and Button test.
If contact has a problem you can send the watch to me for repairing.

It's a numb question, but if test button is successful, can it be related to the beta firmware? Since this firmware use all the available memory, maybe you should try to: #1 delete all your activities and if it does not work #2 reinstall original firmware.

Just saw your msg when I came in to look for answers to why my heart rate dropped so drastically on my last outing on Monday. "Hashing" I am referring to is the Hash House Harriers. This is probably one of the largest "unorganized" groups of people who go out for some walking/running/bicycling and camaraderie following the event. Here we run/walk a lot in the jungle for about 1-1.5 hours. Having a gps and in this case, having the "crumbs" panel is absolutely great. Shows where the start is and relatively how far. No worries about getting lost in the jungle !!!

Yep, I hope you and your friends will have fun playing with your gps  Keep an eye on the coming new 505 watch with the new chips inside, it might help you get faster gps connection in the jungle.

Hi, I'm having another problem with tge firmware 1.16 F-GGH-2A-1102151, because I set the data recording in a custom time (every 2 sec), but when I switch off my GH 625M it doen't record this command and when I tun it on again the record data is every second. because of this I allready lose the data of my activity twice because the memory get full.

And the problem's when conect the watch to the computer still remains. I still have to press the OK buton 3/4 times before I can make the connection. I buton don't think that it's a buton problem because when I'm using the watch it work's fine.
