Hi Geoffrey and all others of the GlobalSat team !

Thank you for continously working on modifications and optimizations of your products.
I really appreciate your support.

Regarding this latest announcement of new firmware, I'm a little bit confused...

I'm not sure about the question, what is really new in the firmware ?
Or is it just the fact, that it is now a released version and not a beta version any more ?

There a some items, I'm sure, that I'm already using it. Like items 2 to 7.
On the other hand some seems to be new. Like 8 to 13. Right ?

Although I'm not using the watch for swimming, I do not understand items 9 and 12  ???

9. Add swimming mode and Singal Filter to adapt to swimming.
12. Remove Swimming mode> signal filter

Is swimming mode and signal filter "removed" or "added" ?
Or first added and then removed ?  ;D

I'm currently suffering from several little injuries and infections and I wasn't able to
perform any training for the last 5-6 weeks. :'(
In the meantime I feel almost okay again and I hope that I can re-start my training
during the next days.

Best reagrds,

Hubert

Hello Geoffrey,
the calculation of Pacer E seems to be wrong. Yesterday I tested it with Distane 10 km, Time 55 min. When my Avg Pace was 5:30 and Current pace was 5:30 Pacer E must be 0:00, but it was around +0:42.
Why not calculate Avg pace * set distance - set time.
With set = parameters selected in virtual trainer.
Now Im going out for my last longjog before my competition of the year.
Have a nice day.

The release includes the adds in beta, we just notice the difference to offical version.

Hello.

I bought the 505 2 weeks ago and I'm very satisfied, also I download the new firmware today (it was smoothly), I would like to ask regarding the HR at % (from Max HR) - Is it possible to view during running what is the HR at % or just the HR at bpm?
I think that it will be very useful to HR at % view (include Avg, Min and Max) during and after running.

Good Day.

Best Regards from Fulda/Germany

Dear customer,

Thank for using our product. The new display we called GH-505s, the plan will be finished half year later.
The new firmware release will protect the current display against dead point problem.

With new display, never worry about the problem.  :D

Regards,

Geoffrey
