In my opinion is good to have someone in the centre of Europe that can help us, because is Portugal and Spain is impossible.
My old watch is waiting for parts since 24 of September, and the new one is with the plastic cover crack.
After I contact them they told me that I have to send the new watch to the workshop to replace it.
It is possible that that you send me a new cap and I pay it?

Old:
GH-625 M, serial number: M00098
Firmware: F-GGH-2A-1007282 (Version 1.16)

New:
GH-625 M, serial number: M00826
Firmware: F-0TH-0N-0807311 (Version 1.01)
with GS-Sport Gym V.2.1 and Sporttracks 3.0.
