i have igo8-pc on laptop its not recognizeing the gps the igo8 search only in port 3 how and where i can chang in the igo8 to com 21 baud 4800 data bit 8

What OS are you using? What GPS Receiver do you have? The more details you provide us, the better for us to determine your issue.
