Changing baud rate on Stafire I reciever

Can you change the baud rates on a Starfire I reciever using a TopCon X-20? The reciever is currently set on 19,200 and I need to change it to 9,600.

Unfortunately, we're not familiar with the StarFire I Receiver. Perhaps, it's better to directly contact the seller whom you bought the device about this inquiry. Thank you.
