Problem with activation link

Hi there, I dont know if I am writing in a proper board but I have got a problem with activation, link i receive in email is not working...

We were wondering who sent you that email and what email address. Also, what is the purpose of that activation or what are trying to activate. The more details you provide, the better for us to understand the issue. Thanks.

Just ignore these kind of emails. these were just spams and just sent for misusing purposes.
