GS_TECH01:
Basically, it provides assisted information when the unit is unable to get a fix. By having this feature enabled, it will obtain its locational information from the Cell Towers to provide the user a general idea of where the tracker is.

GS_TECH01:
Cell ID is also known as Cell Tower Triangulation and its accuracy is 100+ meters.
