Unable to get a fix

If your device cannot receive a signal, you can do the following:
  • Take out the battery and wait for a few seconds before placing it back.
  • Turn off the unit. Wait for a couple of seconds. Power it on.
  • Bring the device outside or place it near an open window.
  • Perform a Cold Start by using the GPSInfo program.
