Dear Zykon,

Welcome on the forum.

I am sorry to hear that you have some problem with your 625 watch. Those kind of "sudden death" are rather rare with gs-sport watches.

Unfortunately I am not qualified to help you, except perhaps to tell you to take advantage of your warranty by first registering using this link if you live in America.
https://www.usglobalsat.com/signin.aspx?ReturnURL=/support/

If your warranty has expired, you can ask for a Pre-Paid Non-Warranty Inspection Service RMA here:
http://www.usglobalsat.com/p-535-pre-paid-non-warranty-inspection-service-rma.aspx

If you live in Europe, you can contact Bernd Prior's Service Center at
GS-Sport-Servicecenter@t-online.de or using his website:
http://www.gs-sport-servicecenter.de.vu/

By the way, can you provide more details on how the watch went dead? When you try to turn it on, can you hear clic sounds like if a mechanism was trying to boot?

Unfortunately clics are not a good thing.

When it was alone was it on charge or not? Was it charged during an extend period of time?

You can try plug it back to your computer and only press power button when connected. In very rare case the system will boot after messing around.

But your best and final bet will probably be to send it to Repair Center.

Regards,

canadien

Dear customer,

It is bad to hear this.
The wacth was dead due to boot loader was crashed.
The only way is to conact Brend for repairment.

Sincerely,

Geoffrey

I really am not sure but contact Bernd anyway, maybe he can send you part for you to repair.

But then again, you have to ask him first, maybe it's not in his mandate.
