3 questions from a german interested person :-)
« on: March 10, 2011, 04:03:03 am »
Hello,

yesterday I found GH-505 and was immediately interested in that watch, so here are my questions:

1. Is the display problem fixed now?
2. Were the wishes from some users here heard and the display numbers and icons got a bit higher with a newer firmware??
3. When I make a pause during my training, will the Heart-Rate-Measurement go on meassuring and influincing my average heart-rate?? (I had a watch which did that, what was inacceptable for me because I dont want my "break-heart-rate" to drop down my average training heart-rate!)

And if all my wishes get fullfilled: where to buy from germany??  ;D

keep on running,
Rob

Hi Running Rob,

Here is my answer regarding your questions:

Quote
1. Is the display problem fixed now?
It is reliability problem from display. We wanna change other solution. You can stay device in lower temperature (0 degree C) as temperory, the problem will recover later.

2. Were the wishes from some users here heard and the display numbers and icons got a bit higher with a newer firmware??
We keep listening and improving product. Now due to limited resource, we develop new product as first priority.

We have considered this case, should be no problem.

Any questions, please don't heasitate to let me know. We have stop production now, your firend may contact our service station for sample testing, station Mr. Brend will serve you.

Sincerely,

Geoffrey
