pls tell me buy GPS Tracker from this website is safe?

Recently,i found a nice GPS Tracker from website   http://www.davismicro.com/products/product_2558.htm .i like it very much.it look very cheap and nice. but i am not sure whether buy or buy not ,because i never do online business with they .i want someone who have experience with Davismicro.com give me some advice. Look forward your  advice.
