DG-100 Charging LED
« on: November 11, 2010, 01:19:38 pm »

Does the yellow LED indicating charging go out once the unit is fully charged? I'm trying to determine when the unit is fully charged. I suppose I could always charge overnight. Does the unit prevent overcharging the Ni-Mh batteries?

It should take about 7 hours to charge the device. Once it's fully charged, the amber LED would go off.

For more details regarding the battery status LED and other info as well, please refer to this guide: http://www.usglobalsat.com/store/download/25/dg100_userguide.pdf

Regarding the overcharging protection, all of our products do prevent overcharging.

Let me know if you have any questions.
