Hi,

I too am having probelms connecting to a new BT-368.  I am using Windows XP Tablet PC edition.  I have had not problem pairing the GPS, but I cannot connect.  When I select connect, I get a dialog box indicating that it is "Installing Bluetooth Serial Port...", this runs for about 30s then I get an error saying " Can not install Bluetooth Serial Port".

I've tried installing, and re-installing the drivers, rebooting ... nothing.  I have a Garmin GPS 10 (Bluetooth) and have no probelms establishing a serial port with this device.  I also tried the BT-368 with my MacBook Pro (OS 10.6.6) and was up and running in under 30 s. 

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Please try the following steps:
- Unpair and re-pair the device.
- Reboot the unit.
- Make sure to enter '0000' for the Passcode/Passkey.
- Check the Device Manager.
- Also, make sure that it's connected.
