My ND-100 dongle, has just stoped working. 
When I start the "miniCDU" all the sat info scrolls by mostly all zeros. The date reads 2018 and the zulu time is way off. I've reset it many times. Reinstalled programs, can't think of what else to do.

It does have clear view os sky by the way.

Any ideas?

Thank you for using our product. It seems that your ND-100 is defective, since it doesn't generate meaningful data under condition of clear view & open sky. Please kindly contact the reseller for return/exchange. Sorry for inconvenience incurred.
