Android has the built-in drivers for our USB GPS Receivers (BU-353) in it's Linux kernel. Unfortunately, we do not know how to get it working on Android, but it can possibly work.

Perhaps, you can test it by using a Terminal application and send the following commands:

su root

stty -F /dev/ttyUSB0 ispeed 4800 && cat < /dev/ttyUSB0

Outside of that, we do not know how else to get it to work on Android.
