If the BT-359 does not power on at all, please try to troubleshoot the unit by following the steps below:
- Make sure the device is fully charged.
- Power on the device around one second. Observe if any lights are blinking.
- Plug-in the cable and connect the receiver to the computer. Repeat Step 2.
- Turn off the unit and remove the battery. Insert it back. Again, repeat Step 2.
- Press the Power button around 5 seconds to reset the device. Check the LED status.
- If the issue still persists, please contact seller for replacement. Possibly, the device is defective.
