Use of GPIO pins and Serial Port B
« on: May 05, 2011, 03:40:25 pm »

The user guide for this module shows several GPIO pins and a serial port that are available for user applications, but does not give any details on how to use these pins. Is there a document describing their use?

Thanks!

That's the manual I was looking at. The only details I can find in it are for GPIO15 (status output) and setting RXB to receive DGPS data. Is there any information about controlling the other GPIO pins, or using TXB?

I've looked through all of the GPS module forums without any luck - any specific suggestions?

As stated in the manual, the GPIO and TXB are considered, by default, null. These pins are only used for OEM purposes.

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
