The Data Logger Utility asks for Google Earth Plus. But there is no Plus now. Only Google Earth or Google Earth Pro. I tried both but none works! It keeps asking me to install Plus. What should I do? Thanks!

Please uninstall the previous one, restart your computer, and download the latest version of the GlobalSat Data Logger PC Utility version here: http://www.usglobalsat.com/store/download/25/datalogger_setup.zip

Can you also provide the operating system and version of your computer?

I just removed the older Data Logger and installed this new one you provided. But I still have the same message when I run it:

Google earth plus is needed to be installed first

Then

After install Google earth plus, restart again

Since Google earth plus doesn't exist anymore, which earth should I install? I tried both Earth and Earth Pro before but none worked.

Just to confirm, do you have any Google Earth program installed in your computer? We have some computers here with the Google Earth version and it works fine with the Data Logger software. But, let me check with our engineers about this.

Also, can you please inform us the what operating system do you have?

One more thing, can you take a screenshot of that pop-up window message? Thanks.

I just installed the latest Google Earth and it works! But I don't think I installed anything for the older version of Data Logger and it worked just fine.

I am using Win 7, 32 bit.
