What is the accuracy of the 1PPS Leading Edge

How accurate is the one Pulse Per Second (1PPS) signal of the leading edge of the 1PPS?  I looked at the MR-350P and the EM-406A and neither states the accuracy.

According to our engineers, when the device is able to acquire a GPS 3D fix, the accuracy of the 1PPS is 450ns.
