Make sure to pair the BT-359 first with it. Then, read this forum posting: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=833094

One of our customers suggested to click the Connect button. As a result, he was able to connect the bluetooth GPS Receiver to his Asus Transformer tablet.
