I want to repeat a question here, because I think it became hidden by other subjects:

is there anything how we can improve email communication ?

I noticed, that rather often forum members are trying to send you some additional informations
like exported track files or some personal adress informations or others, which seem to disappear
somewhere... However, you didn't got them.

I also sent 3 or 4 mails during the last weeks suggesting a shop interested in selling GlobalSat products
without any answer from you. And I tried it by sending directly to your email adress and also via the forum.

Can we do anything to improve this kind of communication ?

I'm as the rest of you not happy with the extra fields to fill in but as long as they're there here's a shortcut that at least works for me, using firefox.
There are fortunately not very many questions and firefox remembers them so when I doubleclick the field the old answer comes up and it's for some reason always the right answer even if it can be different questions.
Takes less han five seconds to answer all questions. Don't even have to read them. :-)

After discussed with market person, they agreed to sponsor samples to have our logo on buoys and they also hope to deliver DM on your table to make more visible.
Do you have any comments?

Does DM means direct marketing material like flyers etc? If yes, it is ok of course.

Do you like to get your logo to cylinder buoys or one side of triangle buoys?

Please provide me your marketing material what you like share for customers, logo what you like use printed on buoys.

One solution to be aware of emails sent by forum members (and why not by others as well) would be register one external mailbox on gmail or hotmail. When we send email to globalsat, we could put this external elail address as CC. Then you could check time to time (daily basis) if there is something which you are not received your own mailbox and ask your admin to release it from your very tight spam filter.

This will generate bit more work for you, but that way you would be aware emails what we are sending to you.

I still got no answer from you. Maybe it's because you didn't receive my mails.
But maybe you are not the right person to discuss purely commercial issues ?
Is there any body else in your company responsible for negotiation of dealer contracts ? 
Or is GlobalSat in general not interested in making business with small shops ?

I agree 100% with Longjog:

What is advertising good for, if you canīt buy or order the products in your own country?
The image of Globalsat would be much better if the product could be bought in known shops.
