I want to repeat a question here, because I think it became hidden by other subjects:

is there anything how we can improve email communication ?

I noticed, that rather often forum members are trying to send you some additional informations
like exported track files or some personal adress informations or others, which seem to disappear
somewhere... However, you didn't got them.

I also sent 3 or 4 mails during the last weeks suggesting a shop interested in selling GlobalSat products
without any answer from you. And I tried it by sending directly to your email adress and also via the forum.

Can we do anything to improve this kind of communication ?

Hi Hubert,

We also found this mail missing or mail block problem and response to our IT person.
But they still can't find the effective way until now. So that they told me to put the mail address into White List.
However, it still is not reliable, perhaps you can send to email box both includes Claire and me.

Finally Claire received my email and already answered it. Thank you very much.
I hope we have now "opened the commincation channel" and subsequent
mails are more easier than that.
And I don't have to bother the complete forum with these kinds of problems.
