Longjog finished IRONMAN European Championchip

Longjog from GS-Servicecenter with his three childs after finishing in Frankfurt / Germany 24.07.2011
"This was not a piece of cake!"

3,8k / 180 k / 42,2 k
1:05:44 / 5:39:53 / 3:35:16
Over all 10:30:18

It was very hard because it was very windy on the bike-course and the temperature was 11 - 14 °C only.
Im very happy and proud.

Very nice job and incredible time overall!
I also heard from my friend who also participated, that whether was pretty challenging.

In my dreams, mayby some day, I could do IM-distance ...
