My GB580P rattles inside

Hi,
I bought my device last year for MTB, just love it.
Really accurate, reliable and so much data.

After my last ride, I noticed that if I shake it up, I can hear something that rattles inside.
Mostly located at the top of the device (where I think the GPS is located ?).

Is there any ways to open it up ?
How can this be fixed ?
This shakes so much during a ride that I fear that I would damage it.
I could take a video an post it if that can help.

GB580P shouldn't be rattles inside when you shake it up
your device is over warranty ?? where you buy your device?
our engineer not suggest end users open device by themselves

by the way，what you mean "mostly located at the top of device??"
did you mean "Locating Satellites...." ??

I bought my device at Amazon.com
I bought it 11 months ago.

When I say  "mostly located at the top of device??", I mean that the rattling is located at the top of the device.
When I shake the device back and forth, that is where I can feel that something is loose in the device.

How could this be fixed ?

One of my friend reported similar rattling and he open device by himselves and located it loose antenna. He told that it wasn't clued at all inside of device and that's why it rattle.

my device rattles also but i can live with it unless it's fully opperational  :-[

Sorry if I was unclear. It happen often because of my bad English skills. :P

I mean that antenna inside of device wasn't attached properly. It was hanging with wires but wasn't attached with screws or glue.
