Training Gym Pro with WIN7

Hi,

how do I manage to get communicatiton between the watch and Training Gym Pro with WIN7?
I followed the instructions on the site www.gs-sport.com. I installed the actual driver from the Prolific homepage.
The detection of the watch works, but if I click on "Download track" no window appears and nothing else did happen.
What to do?
