What is the newest firmware of the EM-406A-devices and where do I get it?

The latest firmware for this module is F-GPS-03-1006231. If you bought the module directly from us or from one of our authorized resellers, it should have the latest one. My two receiver have the firmware : F-GPS-03-1009141
Do I have a newer firmware than the producer?

I purchased them from Conrad Electronic in Germand ( conrad.de ) this month. They are labled with "Navilock".
The serialnumbers : 80007B8  800087E

Hello all.

I have some questions about my EM-406a:

Can I flash it with a new firmware?
Where is the flash procedure described?
Where is the newest firmware file(s)?
Where are the changes relative to old firmwares?
There are significant changes from the version I have?

I purchased it from Sparkfun.
S/N: EM406A0000986 (bottom sticky paper), 960350 (top in antenna)

Hyperterminal says:
