In regards to the Mapping Data (like Bing Maps or Google Maps), that will depend on the navigation software you use. The ND-100S includes only a test utility (http://www.usglobalsat.com/store/download/590/nd-100_gps_test_setup.zip). 
 
The ND-100S does not come with any navigation software/mapping data, so you will need to search for a NMEA- compliant navigation software, as the ND-100S is a standard NMEA GPS receiver.
