Just a couple of questions:
During these times, is the device able to acquire a good GPS fix?
Was the green light blinking on the unit?
What is the testing environment? Do you have a clear access to an open sky?
No tall trees or buildings?

Moreover, can you please register your product and generate a support ticket?

We recommend that you visit our website: (http://www.usglobalsat.com/store/signin.aspx?ReturnURL=/store/support/). Register your product and generate a "Support Ticket" from within our system.

just to make sure i've made another check with this one:
  <trkpt lat="33.017883" lon="35.482552">
   <ele>842.00</ele>
   <time>2012-04-27T11:41:22Z</time>
  </trkpt>

fix was good! green light blinking... clear access... nothing above... i was in the out.
the lat/lon is precise!

BUT!!!
checking those lat/lon with other tools gave me elevation of  832 meters

842 m instead of 832 m ?  Your GPS is working correctly. Accuracy of GPS is +/- 20 meters for elevation.

Yes, I do agree with jcr83. If the device is able to get WAAS fix, then, you should have an accuracy of 3 meters. If it's unable to, the accuracy would be up to 10 meters or more.

Let me know if you have any questions.
