How to export gps,HR and cadence for import in Strava
« on: July 03, 2012, 03:46:04 pm »

Is there any way we can export gps,HR and cadence data from our 580p to any of the following formats to import in the popular strava cycling app/website?

Strava Works for single .gpx, .tcx, .json, and .fit

.gpx is possible with TGPro but it lacks the HR and cadence data.

Sport tracks with the export2tcx plugin and the global sat plugin. The newest version of export2tcx supports external programs to mail the tcx file to strava for example. It's really easy.

Thanks! I didn't know about the .tcx plugin for sport tracks.
I'll give it a try.

Hello ccee,

You should be able to download both plug-ins below:
GlobalSat:http://www.zonefivesoftware.com/sporttracks/plugins/?p=globalsat-device-import
Export to TCX format: http://www.zonefivesoftware.com/sporttracks/plugins/?p=tcx-export

Let me know if you have any questions.
