Hi. I have a GH625M with a HRM belt, but this not work. I replacement the battery but still not working, not hear the "click" heard when in operation.And the Herartrate-function switchet in ON. Checkout there any else I can do more?
be purchased only the belt?

Hi.these are the steps I did:

1. I change the battery for a new
2. Version soft is 1.16
3. Active HR function in the watch
3. No heart rate monitor reading value.the symbol of the heart changes to X
4. I donīt hear el "click,click" in the belt typical when it works.

Thank you for sharing your test procedures. Just a couple of questions:

What is the firmware version of your device? The latest one that we have available is F-GGH-2A-110215 (http://www.gs-sport.com/pro_dl.php?en_product_id=1&en_product_cnt_id=23). To upgrade to the latest one, please check your email for the instructions.

Did you activate the HR function and check the heart rate in the device without the HRM belt?

Have you tried wearing the belt upside down to check the HR value in the watch?

Please try to follow the troubleshooting guide step by step again. Keep us posted.

Hi Vont Juntz,

do you have an other belt from an other watch (from Polar or an other manufactorer)?
Or do you have an other HR-watch where you can doublecheck the function?

Problem can be caused by the belt or the receiver inside the watch itself (maybe the receiver-coil needs to be exchanged). Beeping or not beeping of the belt is not a sign of malfunktion.

Hi all. thanks for your help, but still not working. I upgrade to the version you sent me. I already make sure you have activated the function HR in the watch in "ON",  but the symbol "heart" still get the signal from the belt.
Iīm from Spain.
