As long as your laptops bluetooth supports the SPP Serial Port Profile, it should work just fine.

It shows in the device drivers to have
RFBUS and RFHID

and USB Blue Tooth Driver v2.1+EDR

I believe the drivers are Toshiba drivers.

The XP setup that came with the BT-359 mentions tapping a BT ICON in lower right portion of screen which I do not see.   Any Ideas about this?

Hello,

We suggest you to refer to BT-359 user manual @ http://www.usglobalsat.com/p-214-bt-359c-wfree-carry-case.aspx to pair bT-359 w/ your laptop. Our tech team does not have ideas about your below mentioned drivers...sorry.

Good luck,
Rach
