Use with MAC OSX

Unfortunately, the DG-200 is not compatible with MAC OSX at this current time. We would suggest utilizing the device with a Windows-based computer. Another recommendation is to return the unit to the seller for a refund.

It has been a whole year now. Has a solution been found to get the data onto my Macintosh yet?
