further suggestions for firmware update?
« on: April 15, 2013, 03:55:42 am »

Hi again,

first of all it would be great to have taller figures/letters when page setting is set up to 3 or 4 split-mode. The same goes for the display of the lap pages.
Again in page settings selection: please add the AVG HRmax [%] (right now only HR, AVG HR [bpm] and HRmax[%] are available) if possible also to the lap page.

I would also be great to have the correct time of day even if no GPS is available or the device is set up to indoor training mode. :)

thanks in advance

Hi Angela,

the actual FW-Version is from October 2012.
The distribution of GH-625XT model is not as fine as that one of the older GH-625M.
In Germany the GH-625XT is sold as ODM Arival Spoq with own homepage and own Firmware (last FW-update is from March 2013)
Does GS-Sport carry on to distribute under their own label and is Globalsat really working on a newer FW-Version?
I am read you are going ahead to discuss with the engenieers (GB-580 also) very often but nothing does happen at all then.
It seems GS is working on other ODM-projects but not on "their own" products.
I loved the times when our dear and loved Geoffrey was part of Globalsat and Globalsat did listen to their customers and making their products better.

It is sad to say, but I fully agree with you longjog.
Also I'm waited news about triathlon watch that is talked about couple years at least - maybe longer.
