Delay in autolap distance capture
« on: June 30, 2013, 07:34:27 pm »

Hi
I have been using the GH-625XT and found it to be a pretty good product. However, there are a couple of features which I hope can be improve further. As I am using the watch for kayaking, we normally do laps of 200m, 500m, 1000m and I usally set my autolap function to these distances for my training. However, I noticed that the GH-625XT does not seem to be able to capture the time on the dot at e.g. 200m (as per setting on the autolop page). It will usually end up at 200plus metres which is something I cannot accept as we need to know our timings at 200m. I have used other brands like Garmin and Mio and these can record the autolap precisely on the distance set so would like to know why the GH-625Xt cant do it.
Another issue i face is the real time clock of the GH-625XT, the seconds readings on the watch tends to jump adhoc during usuage and is irregular, which makes my interval trainings which is define in seconds quite frustrating. Can you do something about this issue too?

Cheers
