About intervals
« on: October 10, 2013, 06:32:24 am »

Hi people!

I'm a new Spoq/GH-625xt user! a happy new user :D and  I'll thank you some help about creating intervals  :-[

a) The only way to create it is the watch, isn't it? There isn't another way to create it (maybe Training Gym Pro?). If is the wacht the way to creat it, it's not enough easy, it's too much heavy  :(

b) How can I create a step of a workout like this: run until you press the lap button

c) If I want to repeat 2 steps, how could I do it? Because If I do a repeat step, it's only about the step before. Example, if I want to create ("400m run and 1 min rest")x10 times.
Must I create 20 steps, 10 for 400 and 10 for rest?? :o :o :o

Thanks!
Sergi  :D

Dear Sergi

Sorry for late reply ~~

a) Please turn on your device and go "MAIN MENU" > "ACTIVITY" > "SETTING" > "DATA RECORD" then you can create interval for your GH-625

b) sorry , i not quite understand what you mean "step" ??

c)Please turn on your device and go "MAIN MENU" > "ACTIVITY" > "SETTING" > "LAP SETTING" then you can select LAP DISTANCE, LAP TIME or LAP POINT which one you want

If i misunderstand what you want, please let me know and tell more detail for me

Thank you and have a nice day :)

Best Regards,
Angela
