Hi everybody.

I'm trying to download track points from device, but, instead the Gs-Sport Training detected the device and the diferent tracks, during the process nothing happened after the 22% of the process  ¿¿??
Could someone help me, please?
I've uninstalled the software and installed again, but the result it's the same.

What you mean "22% of the process¿¿??"
did you mean battery life? or some message appears ?

Can you tell us more detail?? or any screen cut pic??

Hi everybody,

Uploaded stops at 22% of the process of data transmission from the device to the software.
It stops at 22% and doesn't work. So, I can´t download the tracks form my watch to the PC. It's quite strange because it starts to work normally and the software detect the device (I can select different tracks that I have in my device), but when the process of upload starts, it always stops at 22%   ¿¿??

because we can't duplicate your problem
so, can you provide the file which one you said stop at 22% when you upload from your device to pc ??
