Hello together,

i have a big problem. I tried to update my GH-625M with the new file. I used training gym. before i started update i checked if device will be detected by programm, this was successful. then i loaded the file, set watch in update modus and pushed the button "UPDATE". The watch turned to update modus and there was displayed connect now "receiving ..."
....but then the program displays an error message "device is not responding, pls. check if device is connected, configured and set to system upgrade ??? :o
.
i tried it several times but the watch is still in modus receiving data. What can i do now to save watch ?? Power and Escape does not work, cause watch is waiting to receive data.
thank you for yr prompt answer
regards

Dear customer
Please don't turn off the device now, otherwise it will never work.

Please use Training Gym V1.9 or GH-615 PC SW to update firmware (you can get it from our website), it will be work.

Thanks

Geoffrey  :)

I upgraded to firmware F-GGH-2A-0903021 on my GH-615 device to see if there was any improvements on the heart rate monitoring. However I still have the problem that the measured heart rate is around 170-220 even when I'm sitting still (actual heartrate around 55-60).

I guess the problem is with the globalsat heart belt, since I've also tried it on treadmill at the gym with similar results (using new batteries).

I have the same problem, I've tried to upgrade the firmware F-GGH-2A-0811041.GHX but the update failed and now the device doesn't work. I hope there is a procedure to repair the GH 625. If you know this procedure please send me it soon as possible.
Regards
Massimo
