connecting to Vista
« on: April 20, 2009, 02:55:49 pm »

My BT-328 will not stay connected via Bluetooth to my Dell Latitude D830 (running Vista Business) for more than a second.  The passkey is set correctly, but MS Streets & Trips doesn't see it (because it won't stay connected).  Are there known issues with Vista and/or the Dell?

Hi! As long as your Dell has SPP (Serial Port Profile) to connect w/ BT-328, it shall work. Please also remember to use our GPSInfo.exe to set up connection. Good luck & Thank you.
