Hi to all, I have acquired a BT-328 Bluetooth GPS, I also have installed in my Compaq Laptop Garmin Mobile and I have just received some maps to transfer them from Mapsource to Garmin PC mobile, Garmin works ok with BT-328, but when I try to transfer the maps from Mapsource to Garmin mobile I receive a warning telling me "device not found", Howe is this possible, if Garmin mobile finds the GPS why Garmin Mapsource does not find its partner Garmin Mobile, any recommendation beside Garmin ?

Try testing it first with GPSInfo to see if it works properly. Make sure to select the correct com port and baud rate.

Also, could you please provide us the screenshot of the errors you're getting with the Garmin Mapsource? Thanks.

Problem is not understandable without screen shot. Admin is right you should post a screen shot here for better solution.
