Dear customers,

If you are annoyed on unstable or over 200 bpm on HR reception; you have tried
to wet,  rinising belt,  change the bettery and update to firmware beta 3.1 (you can download from http://www.globalsat.com.tw/eng/product_detail2_00000117.htm), the problem was still open; it might the belt be damaged.
We have sourced the new type belt and fews samples on hand already, please send the request for testing and in warranty is first considered due to samples are quite limited.

Hello Geoffrey,

Please note me in, for the new belt, I had today some false readings, not dramatically only a view minutes. But I like to try the belt.

Thanks for your interested in new belt, before the belt sent out, could you send me the log file for our investigation? Does it still fail after clean and wet the belt?

Hoi Geoffrey,

Yes I clean the belt every time, and make it wet with water before I use it.
I did sent also a gpx and kml file that did not import in to TG, did you got that message?
I mail you back to your personal email, with de act file.
