"Pre-Paid Non-Warranty Inspection Service" (please call 888-323-8720):
a.) If you have a GlobalSat product with an expired warranty.
b.) If you purchased your device from an un-authorized reseller (i.e., e-Bay, Amazon or some other source).
c.) If you purchased the item used.
d.) If you are unable to provide proof of purchase (copy of an invoice, etc.) to validate a warranty coverage.
