All policies, warranties, terms & conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions as posted on this site or included with any product, with exception to any selected items that may have special terms and conditions applied to them as being close-outs or e-Bay promotions. USGlobalSat reserves the right to make changes and modifications to this site and their printed materials regarding these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

1. Order Acceptance Policy
Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. USGlobalSat, Inc reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. USGlobalSat, Inc reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.

2. Order Cancellation
An order may be canceled only if that item is backordered and not available to ship. Any order submitted through the phone, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. A notification will be sent via email when an order is cancelled. USGlobalSat, Inc reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error. Charge backs from credit card issuing banks are subject to the above policies.

3. Backorders
Items are usually in stock at all times, but in the event of a shipment delay or other unforeseeable delay, USGlobalSat, Inc will place the item(s) on backorder and ship you when it becomes available. On orders with backordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping.

4. Sales Tax
USGlobalSat, Inc charges sales tax on all shipments to the state of California. If your package ships from a distribution center in the state in which you reside, a sales tax may apply. You, the customer, are responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

5. Credit Cards
USGlobalSat, Inc accepts all major credit cards & PayPal and there is no surcharge for using your credit card to make a purchase. Please be sure to provide the exact name, billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We will ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped.

6. Service & Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer or service provider in accordance with their terms and conditions. USGlobalSat, Inc will provide on-line technical notes on most computer hardware and software products for your reference. USGlobalSat, Inc makes no guarantees of product reliability or compatibility. All compatibility-related questions must be directed towards the product manufacturer or software provider.

7. Copyright
Worldwide copyright laws and treaty provisions protect all materials appearing anywhere on USGlobalSat, Inc's Internet site. None of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed in any form or by any other means without the written consent of USGlobalSat, Inc. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on USGlobalSat, Inc's internet site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

8. Trademarks
All trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners.

9. Jurisdiction
Any litigation regarding this agreement, or any transaction between a customer and USGlobalSat, Inc, shall be brought to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California and customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

10. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, USGlobalSat, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. USGlobalSat, Inc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, USGlobalSat, Inc shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

11. Shipping Policy
All orders within the Continental US will usually ship within 48 business hours (this will exclude Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Next day orders receive priority and are usually shipped the same day if received before 1:00 p.m. PST. For multiple item orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the total weight and ship-to location. Applicable taxes for California residents only will be added to the sales price. All applicable local, state, federal, and international taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. USGlobalSat, Inc. does not have any control or influence in this matter. Your completed purchase confirms full acknowledgement of this issue.

Notice: International shipments may be subject to customs fees and taxes. Recipient is liable for payment of these costs immediately upon receipt of goods.

Effective May 16, 2012, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) section 601.10.20 to codify that primary lithium metal or lithium alloy (nonrechargeable) cells and batteries or secondary lithium-ion cells and bat­teries (rechargeable) are prohibited when mailed interna­tionally or to and from an APO, FPO, or DPO location. However, this prohibition does not apply to lithium batter­ies authorized under DMM 601.10.20 when mailed within the United States or its territories.

- Dec 24, 2009 delivery service for air, international, and ground packages will resume normally. There will be no pickup service for Ground packages Dec 24, 2009.

- Dec 25, 2009 No UPS pickup or delivery.

- Dec 31, 2009 Delivery of air and international packages only. No UPS Ground pickups or deliveries Dec 31,2009.

- Jan 1, 2010 No UPS pickup or delivery.

- Jan 2, 2010 Normal pickup and delivery service for air, international, and ground packages.

- Commitment Times for air and international shipments delivered within the U.S. will be extended by 90 minutes on the following days: Nov 27; Dec 18-24; and Dec 31. International air shipments picked up or delivered in the U.S. are guaranteed throughout the holiday season. The guarantee for U.S. air services, including UPS 3 Day Select®, is suspended for shipments picked up between Dec 22, and Dec 24. The guarantee also is suspended for UPS Ground and UPS Standard to Canada packages picked up or scheduled for delivery between Dec 1, and Dec 31. 12. Limited Warranty Policy
USGlobalSat, Inc warrants GlobalSat Technology hardware products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (unless otherwise stated) when purchased from an authorized dealer or reseller.

This warranty does not apply to: (a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Globalsat products; (b) damage caused by service performed by anyone other than an authorized GlobalSat service center; (c) a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of GlobalSat/USGlobalSat; or (d) if any serial number has been removed or defaced or open or tampered with.


Products purchased from any unauthorized source, such as unauthorized e-Bay resellers, will not qualify for free warranty service/support and may require the end-user to pre-pay fees associated with, but not limited to the support, repair, and replacement including any shipping charges of the product(s) to and from the service center. Many products purchased from e-Bay, or other auction sites can have a limited warranty period that is shorter than what is printed on product packaging, or included in any media content. Shorter warranty periods will always supersede for discounted or liquidated items. In addition, the limited warranty coverage of these items are non-transferable as they are NOT intended for resale, but rather personal use.

Except as provided herein, GlobalSat/USGlobalSat makes no express warranties', including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular use, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that your use of the product, or service, is at your own sole risk and that you agree the information provided are without warranty of any kind.

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will GlobalSat/USGlobalSat or any of its affiliates, it's directors, officers or employees, resellers, dealers, distributors, or any third party be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that results from your use, or your inability to use, or the performance of the product(s) with respect to any liability, loss, or arising out of any breach of this warranty, including, but not limited to any damages resulting from inconvenience, loss of time, data, property, revenue, or profit or any indirect, special incidental or consequential damages. You acknowledge that this limitation applies to all content information or other services available from GlobalSat/USGlobalSat, Inc. and whether or not GlobalSat/USGlobalSat, Inc has notice of the possibility of such damages, and whether or not to circumstances giving rise to such damages may have been within the control of GlobalSat/USGlobalSat, Inc. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In those states, liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. By using the product(s), you agree to indemnify USGlobalSat, Inc and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees and hold them harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted third party due to, or arising out of your use of the products, services and their web-sites.

13. Product Return/Exchange Policy
In the event of a product defect during the first 30-days of the warranty period, users may return product with their sales receipt as proof to the original place of purchase for exchange or they can contact USGlobalSat, Inc's Technical Support Dept. (via the web-site) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return hardware to the manufacturer directly

Only product(s) returned within the first 30-days of purchase, when purchased from USGlobalsat, Inc., directly, will be eligible for refund/credit. If purchased from an authorized resellers or dealers, please check with them as to what their policies are in regards to returns. All returns will be carefully inspected upon receipt and may be rejected, or a partial credit applied should there be missing, or damaged items. USGlobalSat, Inc reserves the rights to refuse to issue refund/credit on incomplete or damaged product and choose to return the product to sender. If accepted and applicable, refund/credit for returned items will be provided within 30-days of inspection, unless further research is needed to diagnose the problem. A 25% restocking fee may be charged for return items in addition to deductions for shipping & handling fees as well as any discounts originally provided at the time of purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice will be required when returning product. Full refunds will only apply in cases where it has been determined the seller was at fault or in error. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and shipping insurance charges to get the product to the seller. All products, which are returned in packaging, which does not fully protect the product during return transport to the manufacturer, will be considered void of warranty. It is strongly suggested that the customer purchase insurance from the shipper in the event of damage during transportation.


Refund / Credit Overview (USGlobalSat Customers Only)
a.) Product must have been purchased directly from USGlobalSat, Inc. to qualify for credit or refund.
b.) Customer must follow standard return policy and have a valid RMA number assigned before returning product.
c.) All standard retail packaged products will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and will only be accepted up to 30-days from original ship date.
d.) All special orders, product in non-standard packaging, modified accessory content, or bulk packaged product are not eligible to be returned for credit or refund. Items may only be returned for repair, or exchange, during the standard warranty period. An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to product any return.
e.) Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
f.) Products submitted for return after 30-day will only become eligible for product exchange.
g. ) Returns must include copy of original invoice as proof of purchase.

h.) *No returns on software or engine-boards. No exceptions.

* All standard retail packaged products will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee and will only be accepted up to 30-days from original ship date.

* All special orders, product in non-standard packaging, modified accessory content, or bulk packaged product are not eligible to be returned for credit or refund. Items may only be returned for repair, or exchange, during the standard warranty period. An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to product any return.

Although we try very hard to be accommodating, failure to comply with our policy as outlined above may result in the refusal of returned goods and/or refusal for refund or credit.

14. Merchandise Returns
Product returns must be shipped 100% complete, including original box, packaging material, manuals, software, inserts or flyers, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Please prepare the item in a secure shipping carton (not just the product packaging), addressed to USGlobalSat, Inc with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box, and a copy of your invoice enclosed.

15. Repair/Exchange Policy
a.) USGlobalSat, Inc will, at its option, unless otherwise provided by law:
Correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and labor and reserves the right to repair the original returned product with new or used components, or exchange the returned product with a new or used product as needed. All replaced parts and products on which a refund is made, will become the property of USGlobalSat, Inc. Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period and are NOT reset for another year. You will be charged for repair (labor and/or replacement parts) if the product's warranty period has expired from original date of purchase.
b.) It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and shipping insurance charges to get the product returned to the manufacturer's warranty repair facility. Upon inspection, it product is deemed defective and covered under the manufacturer's warranty policy; customer will not be responsible for any additional charges.

c.) RMA number's are valid for 30-days from the issue date. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label and on the outside of the shipping box. After 30-days the RMA number is closed and your product will NOT be received.
d.) Returns require a proof of purchase (copy of the original invoice) to be enclosed and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. (see section 14))

16. Non-Covered Warranty Items
a.) Damage, or failure caused by, or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow the instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lighting or other incidence of excess or under voltage or current will not be covered under warranty.
b.) Repairs or services rendered other than those provided by USGlobalSat, Inc;
c.) Consumables such as fuses, batteries, memory cards or hard drives;
d.) Cosmetic damage;
e.) Transportation, shipping or insurance costs;
f.) Costs of product removal, installation, set-up, service adjustment or reinstallation.
g.) In the event the product is out of warranty coverage, or warranty has been void for any reason, it will be the liability of the customer to pay for parts and/or labor charges and return shipping charges. Unclaimed or unresolved products returned on an RMA will become the property of USGlobalsat after 45-days and destroyed

NOTE: Additional products bundled with our hardware which are not manufactured by Globalsat Technology or USGlobalSat, Inc may hold separate warranties as expressed by the individual manufacturer of those product(s). Product specifications, functions and features are subject to change without notice and GlobalSat nor USGlobalSat, cannot be held liable for any omissions and/or errors in printed materials or posted electronic materials.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

Before you return product please contact our Technical Support team for assistance to possibly resolve your issue via e-mail by following these steps:

Step #1:
Register your product HERE
Regardless of where it was purchased, you must register on the USGlobalSat web-site have access to free technical support and product replacement.

a) If you purchased the product from an authorized reseller other than USGlobalSat, please set-up a new account by clicking on the NEW ACCOUNT button.

b.) If you are a returning customer who has purchased the product directly from USGlobalSat's web-site, please log-on within the blue section, RETUNING CUSTOMER.

Step #2:
Once logged into your Personal Account, you can:

"Start Support Ticket" (#2) to explain your issue to a technician for help, or use the "Contact Us" (#8) form to ask questions. Support is done via e-mail and support issues are not handled by phone.

Step #3:
Usually within one business day, a technician will respond with an appropriate reply to your question, additional configurations or an RMA number and instructions for a product return.

18. Returns On Special Bundle Offers
USGlobalSat's policy on returns for bundled hardware and software packages when requesting a refund or credit is as follows:
a.) Software is a non-refundable item, this is clearly stated on our product web-pages and printed on all invoices and/or Packing Lists.
b.) For bundle offers, current software pricing, shipping & handling, sales tax applied discounts and any other item(s) not being returned, are all deducted from gross invoice amount to get the calculated a Sub-Total Credit. The Sub-Total Credit is then assessed a 25% re-stocking fee to arrive at the Total Credit due.

UGlobalSat is a hardware manufacturer and we do not develop software, therefore we can only offer discounts for bundle deals based on our hardware.

19. Privacy Statement
At USGlobalSat, Inc, we value your privacy. Your personal information is for use by USGlobalSat, Inc's staff only. This information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties, and is information used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our web site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
